Hi,It is however permissible, by a decision from the Minister, for foreign investors, to exceed the percentage of the foreign participation from 49% to 100 in certain sectors like agriculture with company formation in Qatar, industry, health, education, tourism and development/ exploitation of natural resources or energy or mining, provided such activities are in conformity with the development plans of the state.
